{"id":31366,"date":"2018-01-31T09:56:53","date_gmt":"2018-01-31T08:56:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.studiotorta.com\/correction-of-spc-duration\/"},"modified":"2022-09-29T13:47:12","modified_gmt":"2022-09-29T11:47:12","slug":"correction-of-spc-duration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.studiotorta.com\/en\/correction-of-spc-duration\/","title":{"rendered":"Correction of SPC duration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to a recent decision of the European Court of Justice (EUCJ) in the case C-492\/16 (Incyte), correction of the duration of a granted Supplementary Protection Certificate (SPC) is possible\u00a0 following to an appeal filed by the SPC holder to the competent national Patent Office.<br \/>\nOn 24 January 2013 Incyte filed and SPC application for the product Jakavi in Hungary. On 7 October 2014, this application was granted.
