She has been collaborating with the firm since 1998. Particularly expert in intellectual property, she works mainly in finding solutions for the protection of corporate brands, innovative and creative forms, copyright and the development of strategies for the protection of intangible assets. For many years she has been assisting several Italian and foreign clients from France and USA in the field of intellectual property.

She deals with contracts and agreements, assisting clients in negotiating and developing agreements for licensing, sale, software development and research and development.

Gained relevant experience in trademark oppositions before the UIBM and EUIPO, cancellation actions for non-use of trademarks before the EUIPO and other jurisdictions, invalidity actions for designs before the EUIPO. Surveillance and activities to counter trademark vulgarization, trademark due diligence, domain name reassignment proceedings, and industrial property contracts. She is included in the register of lawyers of the province of Milan (1993). From 2020 to 2023 she was a member of the Executive Committee of AIPPI – Italian Group and a member of the AIPPI study group on ADRs.
