He collaborates with the firm as a legal consultant.
Formerly a guest lecturer in the course on Private Law in Informatics at the Faculty of Law at Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale and professor of International Technology Licensing in the UN International Trade Law (ILO) Master’s course at the Faculty of Law of the Università di Torino.

He is the author and co-author of publications on business contracts, including: “I contratti internazionali di trasferimento di tecnologia”, “Contratto di licenza d’uso del marchio e di know-how”, “Contratto internazionale di licenza di know-how”, “Technology licensing in the European Union” and articles focusing on industrial property, trademarks, technology transfer and business contracts.

He is a lecturer at industrial unions, chambers of commerce and other public and private institutions. Member of the INTA and LES associations.
