He joined the firm in 2014 and became a partner in 2021. Born in Germany, he studied at the University of California in San Diego.

Subsequently, he carried out research activities for CNR in Italy and worked for private companies, acquiring extensive experience as a technological consultant in the food, automation, materials and biotech sectors, also specialising in patent searching.

He lectures Intellectual Property at the Fernfachhochschule (FFHS) in Switzerland and is responsible for the respective teaching module within the Master of Science Course Business Administration with Major in Innovation Management. He is a member GRUR (The German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property). In 2021 he has been named CEIPI IP Business Academy Ambassador in Italy. He is a member of Studio Torta’s Europe desk.
