In the firm since 1980, he became a partner in 1993. He has a long experience in proceedings at the European Patent Office, in cases of infringement and nullity of patents and in licensing agreements.

He is a member of various IP associations, including FICPI and UNION (in which he is vice chairman of the Lifesciences Committee). Member of the Executive Committee of LES Italy for more than 20 years, he was elected President and he will remain in office until 2025. Moreover, he is Vice-Chair of the SDG-IP Index Committee for LES International.

He has contributed to the book “International Pharmaceutical Law and Practice” (Matthew Bender, Rev. Ed.) every year since 2014.
