After several years working in industry and five as an examiner at the European Patent Office, he joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 2000. In 2001, he took over the management of the Milan office, served as CEO of the firm from 2011 to 2023, and as President from 2020 to 2023. In May 2023, he took on the role of General Manager.

He is experienced in managing industrial property portfolios, oppositions before the EPO, and patent litigation.
He is a member of the FICPI and AIPPI associations and was president of the Board of Industrial Property Consultants from 2019 to 2022.
He is a member of the Europe desk of Studio Torta.
