She has been working with the firm since 1998. Particularly skilled in intellectual property, she focuses on finding solutions for the protection of corporate brands, innovative and creative forms, copyright, and the development of strategies for the protection of intangible assets. For years, she has assisted numerous Italian and international clients (France, USA, Switzerland) in the field of intellectual property.

She handles contracts and agreements, assisting clients in the negotiation and drafting of licensing, assignment, software development, and research and development agreements. She has also acquired knowledge and experience in certain aspects of competition law, advertising, and food labeling.

She has gained significant experience in trademark oppositions before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the EUIPO, cancellation actions for non-use of trademarks before the EUIPO and other jurisdictions, invalidity actions for designs before the EUIPO, and domain name reassignment proceedings. She performs trademark surveillance and trademark due diligence. She is a member of the Milan Bar Association and the International Association for Intellectual Property (AIPPI). From 2020 to 2023, she served on the Executive Committee of the Italian Group of AIPPI and the AIPPI ADR study group.
