She joined the firm in 1999 after a legal internship at a firm specializing in civil law. She became a partner in 2005. She provides trademark and design consultancy in Italy and abroad.

She provides strategic assistance in building and enhancing trademark and design portfolios, conducting prior art searches, filing, prosecution assistance before the relevant authorities, litigation, contract drafting, and anti-counterfeiting efforts, including online. She primarily assists companies operating in the industrial machinery and related components, food, and fashion sectors.

She is a speaker at numerous seminars, courses, and conferences on Intellectual Property.

She is currently a member of the Group for the Promotion of the Profession at the National Association of Industrial Property Consultants. She maintains ongoing collaboration with the Association of Industrial Property Consultants and is currently a member of the Trademark Group.
She is particularly experienced in assisting with opposition proceedings before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and opposition and invalidity proceedings before the EUIPO. He is a consultant to the Judge at the Industrial Property Section of the Court of Bologna.
