She joined the firm in 1999 after working for a law firm specialising in civil law. She became a partner in 2005. She provides opinions on trademarks and designs in Italy and abroad.

She is specialized in activities focused on strategically assisting clients for building and evaluating trademarks and design portfolios, carrying out trademark searches, filing, providing assistance in prosecution, litigation, contracts and activities promoting protection against counterfeiting (including on the web). She mainly assists companies operating in industrial machinery and related components, food and fashion.

A speaker in many seminars, courses and conferences on Intellectual Property.

She is currently a member of the Group for the development of Professions in the National Association of Industrial Property Consultants. She is particularly experienced in assisting in opposition proceedings before the UIBM and in opposition proceedings and invalidity actions before the EUIPO. Court expert in the Industrial Property Section of the Court of Bologna.
