Maria Chiara Cesarani joined Studio Torta in 2022. Previously, she acted as General Counsel for Viasat Group S.p.A., a holding company of several Italian and European companies, and worked with Clifford Chance in the Milan office.

She has extensive experience in national and international contracts, including intellectual property, civil, commercial, and corporate law. She has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since 2014.

She has been a lecturer in Commodity Sciences at the University of Turin since 2014 and a teaching assistant in the Department of Management at the School of Business Administration (SAA) in Turin for the Labeling (food and non-food products) course in the 2021-2022 academic year. She is the author of several publications on food labeling and customs.
