She joined the firm in 2003 after a traineeship at a law firm specializing in IP and experience in a corporate legal department. She became a partner in 2011.

She handles legal issues, in Italy and abroad, related to trademark and design protection, in particular, conducting prior art searches, trademark filings worldwide, and monitoring trademark registries and the internet.
She is an expert in protecting rights at the UIBM and the EUIPO: she has handled numerous opposition procedures in Italy, Europe, and abroad for Italian and foreign clients.

She is a speaker at various seminars held at Chambers of Commerce (CCIAA) and at major training courses for trademark attorneys. She is a member of MARQUES and is part of the Design Team. She recently became an auditor in the Expert Group for Quality Assurance among Stakeholders (SQAP) program, representing the latter association. She is head of Studio Torta’s China desk for the trademark sector.
