She joined Studio Torta in 2001, becoming a partner in 2003. She works in the Milan office and assists companies in protecting their distinctive signs in Italy and abroad. She provides consultancy services on trademarks, designs, and copyright, including prior art searches, filing strategies, handling complaints and oppositions, drafting contracts and agreements, anti-counterfeiting activities, customs surveillance, trade show appearances, and online trademark protection.

She writes articles and is co-author of the Italian chapters of “Enforcement of IP Rights through Border Measures” and “International Pharmaceutical Law and Practice” and is a speaker at numerous conferences, courses, and training seminars.

She collaborates closely with the Italian Association of Consultants, having been a member of the Trademark Working Group and, since 2019, of the Profession Enhancement Group. She is a member of INDICAM, participating in the Legal Group for the study of IP rights protection issues and for organizing training and refresher courses for IP Consultants and Lawyers. She is a member of FICPI and has been an Italian member of the ECTA Council since 2019.

She is an expert in internationalization in the field of Industrial Property for Unioncamere and a consultant for the IP Protection Service for Federlegno.
