She has been working with the firm as a legal advisor since 2025. She has decades of experience in industrial law, tech law, civil law, commercial law, international law, and privacy law, providing both litigation (including pan-European and cross-border proceedings) and out-of-court assistance to Italian and foreign companies, including large multinationals.

Her enforcement and counseling work spans the entire IP sphere. She has headed the IP department in several general practices. She is an adjunct professor of art and copyright at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in the International Arts Management Master’s program.

He teaches at the Continuing Education Program at the Scuola Superiore della Magistratura. He is a member of national and international associations, including UNION-IP (Union of European Practitioners in Industrial Property), of which he is Vice President. He serves as DPO (Data Protection Officer) for several international companies.

She is a member of the Civil Justice Observatory of the Court of Milan and co-head of the New Technologies Group. She is the author of several publications and a frequent speaker at national and international seminars and conferences on industrial property rights. She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2004 and of the Supreme Court Bar Association.
