In particular, he has consolidated his experience in patenting microelectromechanical devices, Lab-On-Chip (Lab-On-Chip), non-volatile memories, and processes for the manufacturing of semiconductor devices, gas turbine, steam turbine, and combined-cycle power plants, wind turbines, and refractive surgery systems.
