She is an expert in intellectual property, particularly trademark law, copyright, designs, know-how, and licensing. She specializes in domain name registrations, transfers, and reassignments; surveillance and enforcement of trademarks, designs, and web domains; collective trademarks and related regulations of use; and IP contracts.

She provides consultancy for the protection and enhancement of trademark and design portfolios as well as anti-counterfeiting activities. She has attended specialization courses at the London School of Economics and Political Science and Guildhall University.

She taught “Regulations and Patents” at the University of Padua – Degree Course in Health Biotechnology and lectures at Industrial Unions and other public and private institutions. She is registered with the Treviso Bar Association. She is a member of AIPPI.
