Monia is a lawyer of counsel to the firm since 2025. She has decades of experience in Intellectual Property law, Tech law, Civil law, Commercial law, International law and Privacy law, and does both litigation (including pan-European and cross-border matters) and out-of-court work for Italian and foreign companies, including large multinational corporations.

Her enforcement and counselling activities cover the whole IP space. She was head of the IP Department in several general practice law firms. She is adjunct professor on art and copyright in the International Arts Management Master at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and lecturer in the Superior CLE School of the Italian Judiciary.

Member of various national and international associations including UNION-IP, where she is the Vice President. She is DPO (Data Protection Officer) of international companies. Member of the Observatory on Civil Justice Court of Milan and co-head of the New Technology Law Committee. Author of various publications and frequent lecturer on IP rights. She has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2004 and entitled to practice before the Supreme Court.
