He joined the firm in 1980 and became a partner in 1993. He has extensive experience in proceedings before the European Patent Office, patent infringement and invalidity cases, and licensing agreements.
He is a member of FICPI. After over twenty years on the Executive Committee of LES – Italy, he was elected President until 2025. He is also Vice-Chair of the SDG-IP Index Committee of LES International.
Since 2014, he has contributed annually to the volume “International Pharmaceutical Law and Practice” (Matthew Bender, Rev. Ed.).
