In the firm since 1980, he became a partner in 1993 and of counsel in 2025. He has a long experience in proceedings at the European Patent Office, in cases of infringement and nullity of patents and in licensing agreements.

He has been a member of the Executive Committee of LES Italy for more than 20 years and served as President until 2024, subsequently holding the position of Vice President. Moreover, he served as Vice-Chair and later as Chair of the SDG-IP Index Committee for LES International until early 2025.

He has contributed to the book “International Pharmaceutical Law and Practice” (Matthew Bender, Rev. Ed.) every year since 2014.

He is court expert in the Industrial Property Section of the Court of Turin and Milan.
