In the firm since 1980, he became a partner in 1993. He has a long experience in proceedings at the European Patent Office, in cases of infringement and nullity of patents and in licensing agreements.
He is a member of FICPI. For more than 20 years in the Executive Committee of LES Italy, he was elected president until 2025. He is now Co-chair of the IP Maintenance Committee of LES International.
He has contributed to the book “International Pharmaceutical Law and Practice” (Matthew Bender, Rev. Ed.) every year since 2014.
