EUIPO, Rules of procedure of the Boards of Appeal
“The Rules of Procedure before the Boards of Appeal” has been adopted by the Presidium, being responsible for the regulation and organization of the Boards of Appeal of the EUIPO, in view of ensuring a coherent, transparent, accurate, timely, fair and equitable decision-making process. It is a set of rules that, for the first time in 20 years, compiles and codifies the existing practice of the Boards of Appeal in the proceedings relating to European trademarks and designs.
