He is a lawyer of counsel to the firm since 2025. He mainly deals with intellectual property law, both in litigation and out-of-court contexts, copyright and antitrust law.
He obtained a Master’s Degree in law with a thesis entitled “Pay for delay agreements in the pharmaceutical industry: antitrust law aspects”, in which he analyzes the phenomenon of settlement agreements between pharmaceutical patent holders and generic drug manufacturers and highlights the implications of such agreements in the market segment in terms of restrictions on competition.
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2026. He is a member of “UNION-IP”, where he is part of the Copyright Commission.
