In the firm since 1980, he became a partner in 1993 and of counsel in 2025. He has a long experience in proceedings at the European Patent Office, in cases of infringement and nullity of patents and in licensing agreements.

He has been a member of the Executive Committee of LES Italy for more than 20 years and he’s currently Vice-President after having been President until 2024. Moreover, he is Vice-Chair of the SDG-IP Index Committee for LES International.

He has contributed to the book “International Pharmaceutical Law and Practice” (Matthew Bender, Rev. Ed.) every year since 2014.
